Return & Exchange Policy

You have 14 days to make a return or change when you receive your items. The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Parcel(s) returned as cash on delivery shipping is not accepted. Sender is responsible for the costs and risks of shipment for the return of products. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.

Items must be unused and in a sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. Products without security tags will not be accepted. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted, if the items in seasonal sales. Urban Muse is not responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcels.

Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method.

Urban Muse reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
